According to your personal goal, we will adjust the menu and apply portion control or substitute some meals with superfood and juices. Additional herbal teas and superfood will be part of your plan. We will as well prepare exercise plan for you to help you archive your weight loss goal and keep it!
Jamaica is an island full of amazing fruits and vegetables that detox and revitalize your system, clean your body, and can even fight illnesses such as cancer. These fruits include noni, graviola barks, aloe vera, papaya, mango, kalalu, and papcao. During this program you will be provided with healthy fresh fruit juices and herbal teas, water, and healthy meals.
Every day offers many different activities like yoga to flex and stretch, yoga to boost energy, weight loss yoga, walking, swimming, and running.

Yoga sessions
All our instructors are experienced yoga teachers with 5+ years of teaching yoga, certified, speaking English.
The yoga program is designed to suit your level, from beginner to intermediate, for balance, immune system boost, weight loss, and concentration.
Yoga sessions are based on Hatha & Kundalini & Yin yoga.
The classes usually take place on the yoga platform facing the ocean or on our roofed yoga ashram.
We usually do two classes a day (morning sunrise and evening sunset) but it can vary.
Sometimes we host special guests: Yoga gurus from India and Yogi masters from all around the world, Ayurveda experts, spiritual guides, meditation experts...
We will share with you all the knowledge we have gathered, to give you a different idea on how to live a healthier & happier life even in a fast paced society; the changes one can make in little habits, tricks for improvement and yoga practices, that are just so good for everyone and have the power to improve your quality of life.
Once we are happy, the world is becoming a better place; the Earth heals through us.
Yoga sessions will be tailored to meet your needs. We can work specifically on your issues (back pain, weight loss, hips openers, insomnia..), so that you will get the most out of your time here. Different yoga techniques will be introduced and different meditation techniques as well, so that you can find the one that fits you most.
We will make a special custom-made plan for you to continue it afterward, so that your time here becomes a true life improving this experience.
