You can be a seasoned yoga practitioner or someone brand new to yoga, classes are accessible to everyone. Go Natural Retreats are NOT for you if: You don’t like the ocean water, you don’t like the irie culture, or if you require luxury accommodations. Jamaica is a very relaxed culture, which can be a big change when coming from a fast paced culture. We are also right on the beach, as you can see in the aerial picture below, so you will hear the ocean waves all day and night. Here at Go Natural, the rooms are comfortable and cozy, but certainly not luxury, so please consider this before booking your stay. ​Go Natural is located in the parish of Portland - Long Bay, the nicest and purest part of Jamaica. We are directly on the seaside, with fantastic ocean views and surrounded by gorgeous green nature. It is a quiet, safe place where you can relax and listen to the birds singing and the ever flowing voice of the ocean. We have our own private beach, access to a sea lagoon, and plenty of space to relax and rejuvenate. Go Natural is in one of the most pristine areas of Jamaica, surrounded by ocean on one side and mountains on the other, but still just a short 30 min trip into town for shopping and experiencing the Jamaica culture. The Closest Airport to us is Kingston. We can help arrange your pickup from the airport. We can organize your pick up with a driver, you can catch the express bus or travel with public transport, there is an option for every budget! Public Transport (~ $25 USD total) Public transport is very easy, safe, & cheap! Just say you need to go to Long Bag, Portland with public transport and people will guide you the right way. Once in Kingston, first travel to the bus stop in Half Way Tree. From there take the bus (~ $15 USD) to Port antonio via Anotto Bay. From Port Antonio, go to the Long Bay gas station in Portland (everyone knows it, there is only one!). Once you arrive here, call us at 876.405.6968 and we’ll pick you up! Private Car (~ $85-90 USD) We can help organize this for you with one of the drivers we work with, you’ll just need to pay the driver in cash. Taxi from Airport (~ $120 USD) You can also take a taxi from the airport, about $120 USD. Try to always agree on the price before getting in any vehicles. Rent a Car (~ $30+ USD per day) Renting a car is about $30+ USD per day Express Bus (~ $25 USD) The Express Bus runs from 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM, (4 PM on Sundays) from Kingston to Port Antonio (via Junction), from there you’ll get a local taxi to Long Bay Please check their website for more info: www.knutsfordexpress.com You can also fly into Montego Bay airport, it is further away, but if you get a good deal on flights it could be worth it! From Montego Bay, you can take the bus directly to Port Atonio for only $25, it is a 4 hour ride though so we suggest only taking this route if you find reasonable flights and are comfortable with extra travel within Jamaica.

Our instructors teach Hatha, Yin & Kundalini Yoga. The lessons take place in our roofed Yoga Ashram or on the Yoga Patio facing the ocean. There are two lessons a day, Morning Sunrise Yoga and Evening Sunset Yoga. There are daily meditations as well, Ayurveda routines, and various workshops. Yoga Mats & Props, Towles, Natural handmade cosmetics (shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc.). We also have items like hammocks and snorkeling gear for guests to use. We are on the seaside with a fresh breeze so there are very few mosquitos (and no Zika!), but we still provide mosquito nets for all beds and an all natural mosquito repellent for guests to use.

Make sure to bring yoga clothes, swimsuits, light summer clothes, as well as a sweater or long sleeve as evenings can get chilly. Water shoes are also nice to have too. If you plan to do some extra activities, you’ll need USD cash as well, you can exchange money at the airport as well though.

Weather in Jamaica is sweet all year long, 360 sunny days! and the rain? we call it liquid sunshine, tropical rain can take few minutes or an hour, few times a year it rains whole day, but weather in Jamaica change very fast... Jamaica has a spectacular climate all year-round. Average daytime temperatures range from 80° to 95°F (28°-34°C) and the water just a few grades less. July and August are usually the hottest months, and February the coolest, however, the difference between hot and cold months is as little as 10°F (7°C). The climate is very tropical. March and December are the rainiest months, with the most rain falling in the mountains. When rain does fall, it is usually light showers, it lasts for just a short time, and then the sky clears and the sun shines. If you see a rainy forecast, don't despair - weather changes quickly in Jamaica. Hurricane season in the Caribbean runs from June through November each year. Keep in mind, however, that Caribbean is a much bigger area than you think, so the chances of a hurricane finding this little island are slim. A deposit of $1000 USD is payable when reserving your retreat. Once we receive your deposit, your reservation is secured and a receipt will be sent to you by email. Payment of the outstanding balance is to be paid in cash upon arrival. Accepted payment methods: bank wire transfer, Western Union, Cash, Check, & Credit Card (3.5% fee) A gratuity of 5% is much appreciated! For every booking via our website we give minimum of 15$ USD to charity (water, avazz, global giving...)

Yes, we recommend to anyone traveling outside their home country that they use travel insurance as well as travel health insurance just in case of emergencies.

If any party member needs to cancel, this must be done in writing and signed by the party leader. Cancellation takes effect from the date we receive your written cancellation instruction. Alternatively this can be done via email, confirmation of the email being received must be made (to prevent emails in spam not being seen by one of the parties) If the Cancelation is due to unforseen situation (war, natural act, acto of god, pandemic, death, accident...), we will offer to reschedulle the dates of your retreat at no additional cost If you cancel after the booking has been confirmed, you must pay a fee to compensate for the expense and losses that we incur as a result. Cancellation between day the booking is made and 29 days (four weeks) before it commences: The full deposit payment will be forfeit, but any balance payment already made will be refunded. Cancellation between 12 and 28 days before it commences: The full deposit payment and 70% of the balance payment will be forfeit. The remaining 30% of the balance payment will be refunded. Cancellation within 11 days of the start of the holiday: The full price of your holiday will be forfeit. No refund will be made. These fees reflect our estimated loss as a result of dealing with your booking to point of cancellation. You may be able to claim under your Travel Insurance policy if this cancellation falls within the conditions of that policy. By confirming your booking and paying the deposit you agree to our Cancelation policy

The third deposit of 30% being due arrival is fully refundable if the retreat is canceled and if the payment was made by the retreat coordinator, this will be fully refunded, if the payment was not made yet, it will not be requested to be paid. These fees reflect our estimated loss as a result of dealing with your booking to point of cancellation. You may be able to claim under your Travel Insurance policy if this cancellation falls within the conditions of that policy. By confirming your booking and paying the deposit you agree to our Cancelation policy.

As a participant in a program organized and conducted by Go Natural, my heirs, legal representatives, representatives or any other third party who has standing to make claims on my behalf hereby release any and all present or future claims that I may have against Go Natural, its owners, officers or employees from any and all liability that they may presently have or in the future may have arising out of their ownership or employment by Go Natural and my participation in a Go Natural program. This Release shall include but not be limited to any and all liability that Go Natural may incur as a result of traveling to and from a Go Natural program as well as any claims for cancellations, negligence, travel, injury, disease, illness, death, or dismemberment that may arise as a result of traveling to or participating in any Go Natural program. Go Natural does not make any warranties or representations concerning travel or other arrangements made by Go Natural on my behalf. I further understand and I am fully aware of the risks involved with participating in movement activities offered by Go Natural and I assume that risk. I have been informed by Go Natural that I may wish to consult a physician prior to my participation in this program, and Go Natural or any of its owners, employees or agents are not responsible for any physical injury/illness (including death) or damage, known or unknown, I may suffer as a result of my participation in this program.
