During your Relax & Reconnect Retreat, Go Natural Jamaica creates space for you to dive into your yoga and meditation practice, practice mindful eating, and allows plenty of time for exploration and relaxation.

Surrounded by beautiful secluded beaches, majestic waterfalls, and spectacular mountain peaks, Go Natural is a perfect location for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating retreat. Allow yourself the opportunity to slow down and get back into balance. Enjoy the tranquil environment on what is considered the most beautiful island of the Caribbean, and rejuvenate through yoga designed for mind and body awareness, healthy handmade food, fresh spring water, and herbal medicine.
Yoga classes are suitable for anyone beginner to an advanced practitioner, as each class is customized to meet individual needs. All instructors are certified, have 5+ years of teaching experience, and are English speaking. Yoga styles include Hatha, Kundalini, and Yin, Restorative and other classic Yoga styles with a focus on improving overall balance, boosting the immune system, assisting weightless and helping you find a sense of peace, tranquility, and focus. Classes usually take place on the yoga platform facing the ocean, in the roofed yoga shala or on the beach.
Yoga sessions will be tailored to meet your needs and instructors can work specifically on your issues and goals (back pain, weight loss, hips openers, insomnia), so that you get the most out of your retreat. Different yoga techniques will be introduced and different meditation techniques as well, so that you can find the one that fits you best. The team will also create a special custom-made plan for you to continue afterward, so that your retreat becomes an ongoing positive experience in your daily life.

7:00: Ayurveda morning rituals (tongue scraping, oil pulling, warm lemon water)
7:15 - 8:15: Morning Yoga Class
8:30 - 9:30: Breakfast
11:00: Snack
13:00 - 14:00: Lunch
16:00: Snack
17:30: Herbal tea (from our organic garden)
17:30 - 18:45: Sunset Yoga class
19:00 - 20:00: Dinner
20:00 - 20:30: Reflection / Sharing
20:30 – 21:00: Meditations (Ho'oponopono mantra cleaning meditation, guided )
21:00: Evening program: watching stars, relaxing, Full moon & New moon ceremonies.
